JEE Main 2025 results for session 1

The first session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 was conducted recently. It involves candidates from across the nation awaiting their results. Before announcing the final results, the NTA is expected to declare a provisional answer key for JEE Main 2025-Session 1, which would allow the candidates to respond and calculate their projected scores after completing the examination. Candidates will be allowed to rise concerns and challenge any discrepancies they identify in the provisional answer key to the review challenges by the NTA, whereupon the final answer key will be released to base the result calculation on.

Steps to Check the JEE Main 2025 Session Result

Candidates will be able to perform these operations straight from their computers once the results are declared:

1. Go to the Official Website: This takes one to his or her JEE Main official portal: jeemain.nta.nic.in.

2. Find the Link for the Result: On the homepage, look for an option titled "JEE Main 2025 Session 1 Result" and click on it.

3. Credentials must be entered: Type your application number along with your password/date of birth into the appropriate fields.

Expected Cut-off Marks

These cut-off marks are the minimum scores that must be obtained by candidates to qualify for JEE Advanced 2025 and be eligible for getting an admission place into National Institutes of Technology (NITs) or other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

The cut-off marks usually change every year, depending on the following factors:

Number of Candidates Appearing for Exam: Higher candidates can lead to a higher cut-off.

Difficulty Level of the Examination: If the exam is very tough, the cut-off may be lower, and if easy, the opposite may hold true.

Overall Performance of Candidates: Better overall performance can push the cut-off higher.

Number of Seats Available: Limited seats hold in reputed institutions results in higher cut-offs.
